Account Registration

You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings at handwritingocr.com/billing/subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will notify you of any price changes in advance, and changes will apply from your next billing period.

New users receive free trial credits upon registration.
Free trial credits are provided once per person. Attempting to obtain additional free trials by creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.
Free trial credits are non-transferable and may expire if not used within a specified period.

Refunds are issued for billing errors, duplicate charges, or unintended plan changes.
For standard subscription periods, refunds are not typically provided, as capacity is provisioned based on active subscriptions.

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates any law.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our service without permission.
Resell or redistribute our service without our written consent.
Abuse, harass, or harm our staff or other users.

Your content: You retain ownership of all documents you upload. We do not claim any rights to your content.
Our service: HandwritingOCR.com, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our service without permission.

We strive to keep our service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account termination.
