Can I get temporary access while my procurement team approves the plan?
Yes. Institutional procurement can take weeks or months, and we don't want that to block your work. For Business and institutional prospects, we can usually arrange:
- Extended trial credits — additional free credits beyond the standard trial allowance, so you can keep evaluating or start a pilot project while the contract is being approved.
- Short-term pilot account — a time-limited account with a specific credit allocation, designed to bridge the gap until the full subscription is in place.
- Free pilot for procurement evaluation — for evaluation periods where you need to demonstrate the service to internal stakeholders, we can sometimes provide credits at no charge.
To arrange this
Contact us with:
- A brief description of your project and expected volume
- Your timeline (when you need to be operational vs when procurement is expected to complete)
- The institution name and the procurement contact, if helpful
We review these case-by-case based on the size and timeline of the eventual contract — most reasonable requests for genuine institutional procurement are accommodated.
Can we request dedicated hosting or region-specific infrastructure?
Yes. We support dedicated hosting environments and region-specific deployments for organizations with strict compliance or data-sovereignty requirements. This includes EU-only hosting, private environments, and fully isolated deployments.
Can you build custom integrations for our existing systems?
Yes. We can integrate with existing business systems, document pipelines, and databases using custom endpoints or tailored data workflows. Enterprise clients can request specialized formats, API behavior, or automated delivery systems.
Can you create custom OCR models for our handwriting style or document type?
In some cases, yes. For large-scale or long-term projects, we can explore customized models or tuned extraction logic. This requires a significant volume of sample material and a long-term engagement. Contact us if you believe your documents require a specialized approach.
Can you handle very large or ongoing document-processing projects?
Yes. We work with large organizations on continuous and high-volume workloads. You can process documents through the dashboard, the API, or our managed processing service, where we handle the full workflow for you. If you’re unsure how well the system handles your specific document type, use your free trial credits to test a representative sample.
Can you work with us on a custom workflow or pipeline?
Yes. Many enterprise clients require multi-step workflows—such as preprocessing, transcription, validation, structured extraction, and automated export. We can build or tune pipelines specifically for your use case.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes — we accept purchase orders for institutional and enterprise customers whose finance process requires PO-based procurement.
PO processes vary widely between organisations (some need quotes first, some require specific document formats, some need a vendor onboarding step). Get in touch and tell us:
- Your organisation and the project
- Approximate volume / value of the order
- What your PO process involves (quote first? vendor onboarding? specific PO/invoice format?)
We'll come back with a proposal that fits your procurement workflow.
For straightforward credit purchases without a PO requirement, you can also pay by bank transfer at €15 per 100 credits, or just buy credits directly through the dashboard.
Do you offer custom data retention or deletion policies for enterprise?
Yes. Enterprise accounts can choose custom retention schedules, immediate deletion workflows, or isolated storage environments. We can align with your internal policies or regulatory requirements.
Do you offer enterprise plans?
Yes. Our enterprise plans support high-volume processing, advanced security requirements, SLAs, custom integrations, and dedicated support. They are ideal for organizations that need to process large quantities of documents or require enhanced compliance measures.
Do you offer managed processing for enterprise clients?
Yes. Managed processing means our team handles everything: file intake, workflow setup, quality checks, structured extraction, and final delivery. We tailor the process to your document type and requirements, often producing higher accuracy than standard self-service processing.
Do you offer school or institutional site licenses?
Yes. For schools, universities, libraries, archives, and similar institutions we can structure custom licenses outside the standard published plans. Typical institutional setups include:
- Shared credit pool — one budget for the whole institution, accessible to multiple staff or research groups, rather than separate per-seat subscriptions.
- Multi-user access — admin controls for adding and removing users; team plans on the Business tier already support up to 5 members, and larger team sizes can be arranged.
- Academic pricing — discounted rates for verified academic and research use, particularly for non-commercial digitisation projects.
- Annual billing and POs — invoice-based billing on a 12-month term, with purchase orders accepted for institutional procurement.
- Project-specific licenses — a fixed credit allocation for a defined digitisation project, separate from ongoing subscriptions.
What we typically need to scope a quote
- Volume — approximate page count per month or for the whole project.
- Use case — research project, archive digitisation, classroom use, library service to patrons, etc.
- Number of users who need access.
- Contract requirements — DPA, specific data residency, billing format.
Get in touch with a quick description of your institution and what you'd like to digitise, and we'll come back with a tailored proposal.
Do you offer SLAs for uptime, support response, or processing throughput?
Yes. Enterprise customers can receive SLAs covering uptime guarantees, support response times, and processing throughput expectations. These agreements can be tailored to your needs.
Do you support on-premise deployment for enterprise?
Yes — for organisations that need complete control of their infrastructure, we offer an on-premise version with full offline capability.
On-premise deployment carries a high minimum commitment because of the cost and complexity of packaging the model and supporting it outside our cloud. You'll need:
- Dedicated GPU hardware (Nvidia GPU, with significant RAM — exact specs depend on your throughput).
- A volume commitment sized to make a self-hosted deployment economic versus the cloud.
- An ongoing model-update agreement if you want to keep receiving accuracy improvements after the initial term.
Most customers — even those with strict data privacy requirements — find that our cloud service meets their needs through GDPR DPAs, EU-only data residency, configurable auto-deletion, and a no-training guarantee. The cloud also stays on the latest model releases automatically.
If you've evaluated the cloud option and still need on-premise, contact us with your expected volume and we can scope the deployment.
Do you support team accounts or multi-user access?
Yes. Enterprise plans support multi-user teams with role-based access control, allowing administrators to manage permissions, audit usage, and control document access. This ensures your organization maintains full oversight of how the system is used.
